Lock In at St Andrews - Jan 13th 2006

Where/When

  • We will meet at St Andrews at 6pm on Friday, January 13th.
  • All Tigers must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. All other parents are welcome but optional. No siblings unless a parent or guardian stays with them.
  • Parents who are not staying must provide contact information.
  • The lock in ends on Saturday, January 14th at 10am.

Activities

  • The pack will serve dinner, breakfast and snacks. Please refer to the list below and check with your den leader to determine what to bring.
  • We will rotate between various Belt Loop activities. Each den (except Webelos II) will host a different belt loop activity.
  • The Webelos II leaders will host a station for cutting & shaping Pinewood Derby cars. The pack will provide the Pinewood Derby kits for all existing Cub Scouts. New Cub Scouts who joined this year should have their own kits. Please bring these.
  • After the organized activities are complete, we will have free time for board games. Cub Scouts are encouraged to bring a board game or other similar activity. NO electronic games, please.

Food

  • Tiger/Wolf Den
    • 6 cans Chicken Noodle (10oz or greater)
    • 9 cans Tomato (10oz or greater)
    • 6 cans ABC Vegetable (10oz or greater)
  • Bear Den
    • Hot cocoa
    • 3 loaves of bread
    • large jar of peanut butter & large jar of jelly
    • large box of crackers (saltines, etc.)
    • ground beef and onions (for the soup)
  • Webelos I
    • Cheese or cheese spread
    • Cookies, Chips and Cheetos
  • Webelos II
    • 2 gallons milk & 2 gallons orange juice
    • 2 large boxes of breakfast cereal
    • 1 large bottle of pancake syrup
  • Cubmaster
    • pancake stuff

What To Bring

  • class B uniforms (class A is not required)
  • sleeping bag / bed roll
  • air mattress / sleeping pads
  • board games / cards (No electronics)
  • Parents: tabletop jig saws (to be run by the parent bringing the tool)
